The update bundle is installed with MuraLink (Update with MuraLink). The SigmaStudio starter project is the same design the factory writes into the DSP; its boot-memory settings must match the board revision (Writing the boot memory).

Firmware 26.8.0 and earlier were delivered as a plain binary for the ST ROM bootloader with the FirmwareUpdater tool. That path is retired; the first update of a PCB 1.3 module on 26.8.0 is arranged with support.
